Welcome to 3R Stays. By accessing and using our website (3rstays.com) and making a reservation, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

✅ 1. General Terms

Eligibility: You must be 18 years or older to make a booking.
Accuracy of Information: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all website content, pricing, and availability details are error-free.
Service Modifications: We reserve the right to modify services, pricing, or website content without prior notice.

💳 2. Bookings & Payments

Reservation Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment.
Rates & Pricing: All rates are displayed in INR and are subject to applicable taxes.
Payment Methods: We accept debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking.
Payment Failure: In case of payment failure, your reservation will be deemed incomplete until successfully processed.

📅 3. Cancellation & Refunds

Full Refund: Cancellations made 7+ days before check-in.
50% Refund: Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in.
No-Show: Guests failing to check in without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

🏡 4. Check-In & Check-Out Policies

Check-In: From 2:00 PM onwards.
Check-Out: By 11:00 AM.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

🚫 5. Guest Responsibilities

Identification: All guests must present a valid ID (passport, Aadhaar, driver’s license) upon check-in.
Damage or Loss: Guests will be held liable for any damage or loss caused to the property, including furniture, fixtures, or equipment.
Conduct: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards unruly or inappropriate behavior, which may result in immediate eviction without refund.

📵 6. Usage Restrictions

No Illegal Activities: Guests are prohibited from engaging in illegal or unethical activities on the premises.
No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in non-smoking zones. Violations may result in fines.
Pets: Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly accommodations.

🔒 7. Liability & Disclaimers

Limited Liability: 3R Stays is not responsible for:
- Loss of personal belongings.
- Third-party service failures (e.g., payment gateways).
- Unforeseen events (e.g., power outages, natural disasters).
Force Majeure: We are not liable for cancellations or service disruptions caused by uncontrollable events, such as strikes, floods, or government actions.

🌐 8. Website Use & Intellectual Property

Content Ownership: All website content, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the exclusive property of 3R Stays.
Prohibited Use: Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of content is strictly prohibited.

⚖️ 9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nainital, Uttarakhand.
