✅ 1. Cancellations & Refunds
A) Guest-Initiated Cancellations:

Full Refund: For cancellations made 7+ days before check-in.

50% Refund: For cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in.

No Refund: For cancellations made less than 72 hours before check-in.

No-Show Policy:

Guests who fail to check in without prior notice will be charged the full booking amount.

B) Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

Transaction fees or currency conversion charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
🔄 2. Modifications & Rescheduling

Modification Requests:

Bookings can be modified up to 72 hours before check-in, subject to availability.

Date modifications are allowed only once per booking.

Rate Differences:

If the rescheduled dates have a higher tariff, the difference will be charged.

No refund will be provided if the new dates have a lower tariff.

Special Offers & Promotions:

Bookings made under non-refundable promotional offers will not be eligible for refunds or modifications.

In case of natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions, refund policies may vary and be subject to management discretion.

Guests who check out before their scheduled departure date will not be eligible for a refund.
