When choosing a 2BHK or 3BHK villa, begin with how your group will use the rooms. More bedrooms may help people keep different routines, but bedroom count alone does not tell you whether the layout, bathrooms or approved guest capacity will work for everyone.
3RSTAYS offers both configurations in Bhowali. Use the questions below to compare the villa details and give the property staff enough information to recommend an option for your dates.
Start with the bedrooms your group needs
- Consider the 2BHK first if two bedrooms cover your group’s preferred sleeping arrangement.
- Compare the 3BHK if you want a third bedroom so people can sleep separately or keep different routines.
- Check the permitted guest count for either option. Bedroom count does not establish how many adults and children can stay.
For example, a group wanting three separate bedrooms has a different requirement from a group of the same size willing to share two. Explain the room arrangement you want before asking for a quotation.
Write down the whole group before comparing rooms
List the adults and children travelling, including children’s ages. Then decide who needs a separate bedroom. Two couples may have different requirements from a family with young children, even if both groups have the same number of people.
Tell the property team if anyone needs a quieter room, finds stairs difficult or needs bathroom access close to their bedroom. Ask for the actual arrangement rather than assuming that a room described as “attached” has the access you need.
- How many bedrooms does your group want to use?
- Who will share each room?
- Does anyone need to avoid stairs?
- Would a common bathroom work for your group?
Compare the layout, not just the photographs
Open the 2BHK villa page and the 3BHK villa page. For the villa you are considering, ask which bedrooms and bathrooms are on each level and whether the photographs show the specific unit or a representative category.
A useful room description tells you how the spaces connect. Ask where the stairs lead, which bathroom each room uses and whether a bathroom also opens to a common area. These details help you decide who would use each bedroom before arrival.
Confirm capacity and any additional bedding
Do not calculate guest capacity from the number of bedrooms or sofas. Ask the staff to confirm the permitted number of adults and children for the quotation you receive. Mention the entire group at the start, rather than adding a guest after the rate has been quoted.
If you need an extra mattress, confirm whether it is available, where it would be placed and the charge. Check whether adding it changes how the living area can be used. A mattress arrangement and an extra bedroom offer different amounts of space and privacy.
Check the spaces you will use together
If the group expects to spend time inside the villa, ask whether the seating and dining arrangement suits everyone. If kitchen use matters, confirm the equipment and rules for the villa you are considering. Include any meal requirements in the quotation request so both options are compared on the same basis.
Compare complete quotations for the same dates
Ask for both options using the same check-in date, check-out date and guest list. Compare the whole stay amount and what it includes, rather than only a headline nightly figure. Ask the team to spell out applicable taxes, extra bedding or meal charges, and the payment and cancellation terms.
Record the same five details for each option:
- Layout: bedroom levels, bathroom access and any stairs.
- Group capacity: approved adults and children, plus any confirmed extra bedding.
- Stay arrangements: kitchen or meal needs and arrival requirements.
- Complete cost: the total for identical dates and group, with inclusions and charges.
- Confirmation terms: written payment and cancellation conditions.
Send one clear enquiry
Instead of asking only “What is the price?”, include the details needed to compare the options:
Hello 3RSTAYS. Please help us compare the 2BHK and 3BHK for [check-in date] to [check-out date]. We have [number] adults and [number] children, aged [ages], and would like [number] separate bedrooms. Our main requirement is [bathroom access, stairs, kitchen use or another need]. Please confirm suitable options, availability and the complete quotation with terms.
Fill in the bracketed details before sending. Call the property staff on +91 72510 30955 if you would prefer to discuss the layout. The team handles enquiries and confirms current availability; an enquiry is not a confirmed reservation.
